Zero-Tolerance Policy
Our mission is to provide safe and reliable student transportation with a smile. Transafe has implemented this Zero-Tolerance Policy to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our passengers and drivers.
Anti-Discrimination Policy: Discrimination against passengers, families or drivers on the basis of race, color, national origin, religious belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, disability status, economic status or gender identity is expressly prohibited.
No Bullying, No Touching Policy: Transafe maintains zero-tolerance on bullying as well as physical contact, including, but not limited to unwelcome, inappropriate touching.
No Recording Policy: Transafe respects and protects the privacy of our drivers and passengers. We prohibit drivers and passengers from taking pictures or recording videos or conversations of themselves while operating and/or riding in a Transafe vehicle.
No Drug, Alcohol and Smoking Policy: Transafe maintains zero-tolerance with regard to smoking and the use, possession or being under the influence of tobacco, drugs or alcohol while operating and/or riding in a Transafe vehicle.
Weapons Policy: Transafe strictly bans and enforces a zero-tolerance policy on possessing or using any weapons, including but not limited to handguns, knives, mace, explosives, stun guns and tasers while operating and/or riding in a Transafe vehicle.
